If you bear the weight...
Don't know how it would be,
If you bear the weight of what I foresee,
Not the current calm of days and nights,
Or the numerous pleasure lying besides the path we tread,
Ironically,
are the ones I dread,
A forgetful me, a persistent you,
A thankless me, a forgiving you,
None of which you accept to be true,
A relation of equals, seems lopsided now,
The fate of which remains concealed,
shying from being declared dead.
Don't know how it would be,
If you bear the weight of what I foresee,
Not the current calm of days and nights,
Or the numerous pleasure lying besides the path we tread,
Ironically,
are the ones I dread,
A forgetful me, a persistent you,
A thankless me, a forgiving you,
None of which you accept to be true,
A relation of equals, seems lopsided now,
The fate of which remains concealed,
shying from being declared dead.
