Thats how it seems most employees across globe are waking up...Ahmmm!! not just waking up but spending their worktime are. Recently I attended a seminar of a new PE fund getting launched and their idea of investing into Indian Cinema. They are very hopeful Indian Cinema is bound to do well because the ongoing Slow Down which has Slowed Down many is going to do good business because people have no work hence they would watch movies.

This is quite a reasonable assumption keeping in mind that Indian laws dont recognise dance bars and prostitution as lawful businesses. Some years back an Australian night club/Brothel went public on Australian stock exchanges. The promoter asked during such a Slow Down how can you expect to list at high premiums. They promptly replied, it's the time when Slowed Down visit us more!!!! They burn more cigarettes, gulp down millions of litres of alchohol and boost our main business.....

I am competitive to talk about India, its very well known that we all have been hit by an economic Slow Down, High Inflation and nil to low pay hikes. In worst of cases even pink slips. My suggested passtime given tight monetary condition of your wallet but ample time to spare would be -

1. Attend electoral rallies (free food and listen/pretend listening to all the crap about Great Indian Political Tamasha)
2. Find budget movie halls like one in our vicinity . The Talkie Town
3. Avail movie rental services of Big Flix or SeventyMM....(300 INR for month long supply of movies)
4. Online chat....because you know now no one can even say we are very busy
5. Start Blogging
